Seeking Two Sales Managers

About Atlanta Incorporated seeks to hire two Sales Managers to support our Atlanta based local search engine directory - www.aboutAtlantaGA.com.
 

The Sales Manager will help anchor our account management division.  He or she will be tasked with day-to-day support of customer accounts and will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. The successful candidate will generate new business and manage existing customer accounts for the greater Atlanta area sales territory.
 

The Sales Manager position will be responsible for providing first-class sales presentations to new prospects. This sales position is being offer on a 3-month trial period (commission basis + bonuses based on performance). The Sales Manager will be given 100 sales leads per week and expected convert at least 10% of those leads into new aboutAtlantaGA.com advertising accounts. If this weekly 10% quota is met, the perfect candidate can earn over $1,000 per week in commissions. The Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager. This position is being offered on a temporary basis and may lead to long-term employment as our family of local search engine directories continue to expand to every state in America.
 

Sales Manager Required skills:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (business to business sales required).
  • Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce.com a plus)
  • Proven track record of successful telephone sales and Account Management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of Internet technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in classified ad sales or online advertising sales a strong plus
  • Sales training or solution selling training preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
